Healthy Living: Body Buidling
Okay,
I just hit the gym today. burn nearly 700 calories. Feeling very very exhausted & dead.
But found this awesome website:

omg.. it's like a golden treasure here.
And the best part, it's has amazing forum.. and all this nice work-out routine and plans. And it's all free.
I'm gonna try to incorporate it into my work out setting soon.. but still a goldmine to keep! : )

Woot! Weights are definitely a good way to go when you're already pretty tiny. Even if you can't get the number to go down on the scale, you can certainly tighten up and lose inches! So, I hope that you are taking measurements so that you don't feel like you aren't making good progress if the number on the scale doesn't move! You'd be amazed that you can go down sizes pretty easily when you get into the routine of working out. :)
