D: 1/2 french sandwhich + 1 sandwhich = 330 + 250
Gym: Stairs + Running + Stomach training = 623 calories
Total: 1536 calories
THe Good: Wow, I'm good today! :) Hahaha, I eat within my calories limit and I even went to the gym. YAY! ^__^
The bad: Nothing much. But I wished I got more of my school work accomplished! But overall, it's not like I was being a bum the whole day x)

D: 1 salad = 550
Gym: none

The good: I got my head clear and I'm back in the game. time to study!! Midterm is coming! Oh, and I ace my ochem quiz this week! ^__^ hahaha, i'm soo happy! I failed the last 2 .. so I really wanted to do well on this one so I studied my butt off a yesterday and yay! :)
The bad: the weather is way too cold here so I can't go out of a walk without being feared of getting sick. And my heart is still heavy. I'll talk about it later.
