Healthy Living: Midnight Confession



Hm.. my weight is disturbing me lately.
I'm not exactly sure what is going on. I haven't been doing anything different to my eating schedule. All, I did was that I went to the gym on a regular basis. I try to go 4x a week, but most of the time, I only go 3x a week.

Yet, my weight is still going up. I don't exactly feel like I'm getting weight. I do feel my muscle getting larger. But if this keep up, I'll hit the 130s pretty soon.. which, I'm not very hype about. I know I shouldn't be complaining about this, but there is something I want to do that requires me to be in the 115-117 lb range. This task is part of my bucketlist.And..I wanted do it for my mom. But I can't tell you the task yet, I'm still too shy to tell anyone about it.

Thus, I'm not very happy where my weight is going. Hm.. I wonder what i'm doing wrong.

I really need to get a grip on myself and reanalyzed my actions & eating behavior! Jewlz offered a great suggestion that I should keep track of what I eat on my phone. And that has been working like a charm! Thank you Jewlz! :) hahaha

Now.. summer is coming. I need to be more concious about my weight and take a more active role.
OH and my grades.. darn my grades.. Lol. I need to really analyzed that too. I guess I have been neglecting my weight and my grades lately because I was so emotionally caught up in this relationship thing. But that have all been in the past, and now I can truely focus. I need to get down to business and turn things around!

Okay, I'll make a analysis sheet in the morning. It's 1 AM. I need to rest!

  1. check and balances of body weight takes a bit of time. If you've been "bad" for x number of days and been "good" for x number of days doesn't necessarily mean you body is going to automatically keep up. But I'm sure you know that already lol :) Give it time hon, it'll catch up and results will be there just keep it consistent and not deviate
